eBIODY DISCOVERY CONSULTATION — FREE • 30 MINUTES
An objective assessment, a discussion about your habits and goals, followed by an initial roadmap. Your eBIODY report is sent to you by email the same day.

PT INTRO — €25 • 60 MINUTES
A first personalized session to experience the recommendations, discover my method and know how to proceed.

The two steps are complementary but never imposed.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Support at your own pace. Choose the frequency that suits your goal, your availability, and the level of support you need. Launch prices apply to new subscriptions starting September 1, 2026. Fit Food and App levels are offered separately.

PT1 — REGULARITY

1 coached session per week • 4 sessions per cycle €120 / 4 weeks • Initial commitment: 12 weeks To regain regularity, progress safely and benefit each week from individual training adapted to your objective.

PT2 — PROGRESSION

2 coached sessions per week • 8 sessions per cycle €200 / 4 weeks • Initial commitment: 12 weeks To accelerate your progress, improve your physical condition and establish lasting new habits through regular follow-up.

PT3 — PERFORMANCE

3 coached sessions per week • 12 sessions per cycle €276 / 4 weeks • Initial commitment: 12 weeks To achieve an ambitious goal with intensive coaching, high frequency and very regular follow-up.

ONLINE COACHING

Remote support with personalized programming, the Corsica Fit App and follow-up adapted to your goal, wherever you are.

HOME COACHING

Individual sessions are organized at your home, depending on your location, your objective and the coach's availability.
