The goal is to meet your Personal Trainer and, through a comprehensive assessment, including physical tests if necessary, define your desired objectives. The content of a Personal Training Intro includes: 1. an initial fitness and health assessment; 2. a discovery training session based on the results of your initial assessment. This session will allow you to experience firsthand what personalized support with your sports coach is like. The coach will guide you throughout this initial meeting, and it's the perfect opportunity for you to ask all your questions about your objectives and the training program to follow.
